Private courses

• Registration fee is included for new students
• Materials are not included (depending on level and purpose)

Each Berlitz period/lesson is 45 minutes long, including a 5-minute break. Students are normally required to pay the total fee in full before the start of course. All Students are required to set fixed schedules in such a way that your course, usually one level, will be completed within six months from date of enrollment. Unused lessons may be transferred to any other authorized Berlitz Language Center worldwide, or to another person, by notifying this Center in writing within six months of enrollment.

Rescheduling Policy

• 20% of your total purchased lessons may be rescheduled.
• After three successive rescheduled lessons, you may lose your time slot.
• Rescheduled lessons may be added to the end of your fixed schedule.
• Rescheduling of lessons are to be made with reception only, by 4:00 p.m. of the day preceding the lesson.
• Rescheduling of lessons for Sunday and Monday lessons are to be made with reception only, by 6:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday
• Rescheduling of lessons on the day after a holiday must be received prior to the holiday. Temporary schedule charges to cater for holidays are not possible.
• Should student not attend on the day of confirmed lessons, for any reason, the lesson will be charged automatically, subject to rescheduling policy

Semi-private and group courses

Fixed schedules offered to SP (Semi-Private) and SG (Small Group) students.

• Rescheduling lessons are not applicable. Should the students not attend on the day of lessons for any reasons, the lessons will be changed automatically.

Flexible schedules offered to SP (Semi-Private) and SG (Small Group) students.
